A truly life improving book.
This book is a must have aid to anyone wishing to redirect their life and live in a positive environment. I may be biased being the Father of one of the authors, but having been involved with life changing programs for may years I see great value offered in these writings.
Not much different than the other books written on authentic, compassionate living and self development. Does not go in depth enough to stand alone, nor is it explanatory enough for those who are new to these concepts. There seems no definitive purpose for this book. Could possibly be used as a cliffsnotes version of other titles on similar topics, if the reader has preceding advanced knowledge.
I really liked the book; just wish it went deeper. Everything said is right on. I must've told 10 people so far about the 'posture' thing. You'll need to read the book to understand, but it's actually life changing. That part gets 5 stars. The rest is a lot of common sense, but the type that needs to pointed out to us. If you want permission to reveal the 'real you,' I heartily recommend this book.
